Nocturnal Studios LLC ("Nocturnal Studios," "we," "us") operates the mobile game Infinite Jewels (the "Game") and the website nctrnlstudios.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Game or the Site, you agree to this Policy.
Your game progress is stored on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple — we never see your payment details.
The Site shows ads through Google AdSense, which uses cookies. You can opt out (see "Advertising on the Site").
We do not sell your personal information.
From the Game
On-device data: your level progress, stars, scores, settings (music/SFX/haptics), and virtual-currency balance (JWL Shards) are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or receive this.
Purchases: in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred so we can deliver the item, but we do not receive your name, card number, or other payment details.
Game Center (optional): if you use leaderboards, that feature is provided by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy. We receive only the scores you choose to submit and the associated Game Center identifier.
Aggregate analytics: Apple may provide us with anonymous, aggregated statistics (for example, number of downloads or crashes) through App Store Connect. This is not tied to your identity.
The Game does not include third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs.
From the Site
Cookies and usage data: like most websites, the Site uses cookies and collects standard log information (browser type, device, pages viewed, approximate location from IP).
Advertising cookies: the Site displays ads via Google AdSense, which uses cookies and similar technologies (see below).
The Site uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and personalize ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
