These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to Flipping Tiles! The Matching Game (the “Game”), published by Nocturnal Studios LLC. By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to them.
The Game is licensed, not sold, to you. Your licence is Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, together with these Terms. Where the two conflict on a point Apple’s EULA covers, Apple’s EULA governs that point.
If you got the Game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply instead of Apple’s EULA, together with these Terms.
The Game is free to download and play, and it shows full-screen ads supplied by Google (AdMob). Ads appear only at breaks — when you return to the main menu, between Levels 3 and 4, 6 and 7, and 9 and 10, and when you reopen the app onto the main menu — never while a board is being played, and at most one every two minutes.
Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase of US$2.99 in the US (Apple and Google Play set local prices) that removes all ads for good. On iPhone it is billed by Apple under Apple’s terms; on Android it is billed by Google Play under Google Play’s terms. It is not billed by us, and we never see your payment details.
Remove Ads is tied to the Apple Account (iPhone) or the Google Account (Android) used to buy it. You can restore it on another phone signed in to the same account by tapping Restore Purchases (RESTORE) in the Game’s Settings; on Android, be signed in to Google Play with the same Google Account. Purchases don’t carry over between the App Store and Google Play.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by Nocturnal Studios: through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com for the App Store, or through Google Play’s refund process for Google Play.
Ads in the Game come from Google and its advertisers. We do not create, endorse or control advertisers’ content, products or offers, and we are not responsible for them. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
We have set the Game’s maximum ad content rating to general audiences (G) and blocked AdMob’s sensitive categories, but we cannot guarantee that every ad Google serves will be to your taste. If you see an ad that is inappropriate for this Game, email support@nctrnlstudios.com with the time and a short description or screenshot.

The leaderboards on Game Center and Google Play Games are meant to be a fair record of real play. You agree not to:
Leaderboards and achievements are operated by Apple through Game Center (iPhone) and by Google through Google Play Games (Android). Apple and Google may remove scores or restrict access under their own rules, and we may ask them to remove scores we believe were not legitimately earned.
All game art, the logo, music, sound, text and design are © 2026 Nocturnal Studios LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from them without our written permission.

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of this may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nocturnal Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or device functionality, arising out of or relating to the Game, whether based in contract, tort or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free download is US $0, or the minimum amount permitted by law where a greater amount is required. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of this may not apply to you.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Game. You may end them at any time by deleting the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
